Sick female Boesemani

I'm trying to find any help on making her better.   She is very thin, swimming oddly typically with her entire body, and when she tries to eat she dpits it back out.   There's some redness in her gills also.

You may have ammonia poisoning is she gulping air from the surface if she is then you should
check water parameters and do about 50% pwc every other day until parameters get better

No gulping for air.   She's gulping in the water wherever she's swimming.  All my other fish are fine.
