South African Dirt

Hi, I am new here and struggeling to set up a dirt tank that does not turn anaerobic. We have an organic rose shrub mix. Which contains peat sand and clay mix. My ph,kh and gh are all fantastic. But only for 3 months or so. then my Kh drops and all hell breaks loose. What am I missing and what do I need to add to make this work. I am in Cape Town South Africa and so keen to get this up and running.

More info please how big is the layer on the dirt and the cap. What do u mean "all he'll breaks loose". Can u explain wat this hell is the more info the better we can try and help you
