Steel Blue Apisto

I really want to throw a pair in my 20G I just got up and running. My question is how long should I wait before adding them to my tank? I have never had Apistos before, but I know they are like Rams and need to be introduced only to established tanks. I have had my 20G rolling for 20 days today and started it with filter media from my 45G that has been going for 3 months tomorrow.

Any input on this or on Apistos in general would be appreciated.

Took my 50lt around 12 days to cycle without any help. Took 24 days for 180lt to cycle with no help. Think it should be fine. =)
