I was curious if you have to use a co2 system for a dirted tank or if there are any other options.  Ive just recently started a 10 gal dirted tank, bout 2 weeks in.   Thanks for all advice

na you don't need co2. your plants will great if you used dirt just fill your agarium to the rim so your hob doesn't splash into your aquarium. you want as little surface aggitation as posssible. if you want a vid with more info email me on my profile.
co2 is mostly for very demanding plants ...just stick with low lighting plants
i wouldn't even say that co2 is necessary for for really any plants. it just makes them grow insanly fast. but you definantly don't have to stick with low light plants. iv got baby tears freaken rocken w/no co2 and medium to high light. it grows like mad. get what plants you want i m sure theyd b  fine
