I recently purchased a 100gal. tank.

My HUGE obsessions are;
Oscars
Jack Dempsey
Goldfish - specifically the Oranda in general, but I love ALL Goldies!

I have successfully kept two adult JD's together in a 55 Gal. tank for several years without problems... I ended up having them bred (not intentionally), so they were both split up into their own 55 Gal's with a Common Pleco. I had two Cascade 1200 Canister Filters in it the 55 gal. when the 2 JDs were together. And now they are being used in the 100 Gal. along with another 75 Gal. Filter... I tend to go a bit overboard on filtration... Each 55 Gal. with the JD's and Pleco have one Cascade 1200 for filtration.

I currently have a 12 year old, 14" Comet Goldfish that I purchased for 15 cents almost 13 years ago. He is currently occupying a 75 Gal. tank to himself and this has been his home since he was brought home from Walmart. He has crazy filtration as-well.

Anyway, my question is, what should I stock in my 100 Gal. tank?
The filtration system would be 2 Cascade 1200 Filters and an Aqueon 55/75.

1 Oscar?

or

2 Jack Dempseys?

or

2 Oranda Goldfish?
The Oranda's will be 1 Panda and 1 Red Cap.

Please list your favorite and why you choose to add this fish.
The Red Cap Oranda's are readily available. So if I were to get one, then I would add it to my tank within the next few days and I have to order the Panda online, which will not be available until the 23rd of Jan. Thus, giving the new Oranda time to settle in and check for signs of illness before adding it to the tank. Then the Panda will do the same.

The Jacks (If I choose to get them), will be set up in 2 different hospital tanks and monitored before adding.

The Oscar would be put in a hospital tank and monitored, then added if healthy.

NOTE: The tank has been set up, cycled and filtration has been on for the last 9 months.

i personally don't like keep large fish as it gets boring just watching one big fish swim around in a tank.

Looking into rainbows fish, you might like them and make the whole tank a community tank...that would look sick and wow!

But if you don't like that, then my next choice gotta be the goldfish.
