Stocking in low tech tank
I'm trying to decide if I should add more fish to my tank or not. It is a low tech 55gal tank, with nothing but a circulation pump.
Current fish stock:
5x Gold Barb
8x Neon Tetra
3x Siamese Algae eater
2x Pearl Gourami
1x Rainbow shark
14x Ghost Shrimp
Plants:
4x Amazon Swords,
5x Java fern Wendilov
3x Brazilian microsword
2x Water Lilly (I trim them often, plenty of growth)
10x Anacharis stems
3x Apologenon
Duckweed galore
The plants seem to be growing well (no idea what is considered a lot/little). I'm registering 0 on ammonia nitrite and nitrate.
Any suggestions welcome.
