I have a planted 150gal with a 35gal refugium that also has plants in the last section of it and have my CO2 setup prepared for the operational stage, but i don't know anything about PH & KH and how to test for them to see how much CO2 is needed. Please Help ASAP!

Dude, I have a 180g w/ a 20g ref below. Moderate plant amount, about 20 medium af cichlids. I would not worry about anything as long as you have surface movement. I have a fluval(fx5) and a pump coming from the ref for surface movement. One each side I have a power head just above my diffusers that I got off of dr smith&foster.(web)

I started out with one diffuser at 1bubble per sec, I kicked it up to just about three per second. And now I have that split between two diffusers, one on each side of the tank. The total count of the two is about 3bps. I'm about to dirt my tank, I am stoked! Good luck bro.
