What's the lighting?  Has the lighting changed?

Whats the substrate?

Do you dose fertilizers? If so how much of what and when?

Do you inject co2?  If not did you before?

the lilly plants ive kept seem to have leaves that die and rejuvinate quite frequently. the tiger lotus less than the regular pond lillies but its still a rather quick turn around. i wouldnt be alarmed, i cut out pads by the dozens sometimes and they keep coming back more and more just get rid of the older leaves cause they look crappy new ones will come....if you want to see some serious growth go to lowes or a store like it and get lilly gro fertilizer and stick one of those under its roots every month or so. it will grow more than you could ever want.
