What would you do if your tank has cloudy water and I already did a water change two weeks ago and already put water clarifier in there.Could it be a parasite.

we would need a bit more information about the tank and speices
it's a 29 gallon and guppies and mollies and platys and swordtales.
Water change and Add carbon in your tank!!! but let me remind you that carbon also removes the nutrients necessary for plants to grow, so don't leave your carbon on for a long period of time!!!
If water changes are not helping, it is probably a bacterial bloom.  There are many things you can do to try to fix it.  You can skip all the aggravation involved with them and go right to the UV sterilizer.  Trust me.
