80% is partial water change? Maybe u stirred up some sediment on ur substrate and the excess nutrient in water colum made bloom happen or u might have added extra fish recently and the water change took out the beneficial bacteria and couldn't keep up with the bio load Honestly we need more info what is everything u did have u tested the water did u add fish take something other than water out what fish do u have how often do I feed and such lots of reason it can happen
