Looks like a species of cryptocoryne. I think either Wendtii or Beckettii
The small green ones look like the early stages of beckettii. If it turns red that's what it is. The larger ones I don't know. My beckettii don't get that big. There are many species of Crypt and many variations of those species. Could be many.
I was just kinda guessing based on the color and ruffles it has. The bigger one might be wendtii "bronze" or "red" I heard they get pretty big.
