gravity is working...haha sorry..if its a stem plant its not good probably. if its a leafy plant its pretty normal big leafs are heavy.

Does it still look healthy? Or is it dying hunched over? If it looks healthy it's probably heading towards light shinning in from somewhere else

It's normal for certain species to sometime "hutch" over. Especially Rotala, if it's healthy. Keep trimming it, it'll start growing upward
