Looks like staghorn to me, I'm currently trying to battle this algae right now too.  Good luck, so far I have just tried to pull all of it that I can find out of the tank everytime I do a water change.  I did up my CO2 output to hopefully kill it or at least keep it from multiplying.  I believe my outbreak of it has something to do with disturbing the substrate (dirted) when planting new plants and doing other maintenance.

I have had alage problems with my tank off and on for the past 3 or 4 months.  I had to use the dirted substrate because I can not afford to use eco complete in a 75 gallon.  $250 vs. $25
