first photo is  bacopa (i think) second cant tell what it is

Yeah the first sure looks like Bacopa or Blue Waterhyssop as most stores call it. They are found mostly in Southeastern United States, from Texas to Maryland. So if you live around there then you can count on it being Bacopa. Sweet find, they are a good hardy plant, slow growing tho, and only require medeium lighting.
 

The second pic, I have no idea, looks like a weed. Personally I wouldnt put anything into my tank that I did know about.

Try downloading Google Goggles on an Android phone. Its a sweet little app that searches the internet from a pic you take with the phone. works about 60% of the time, all the time.
