What to do with plant without roots?

just plant it..it will grow...
most of the time i cut the stem of my plant and they don't have any roots but it take time and it will grow some

it will grow. your only problem will be not burrying the crown. do the best you can and every now and agin pull it up a little but not much that the plant floats off. until the crown is above the gravel
