Where's would be a good spot to set up an outside dirted tank?

Well it's summertime hot as hell out and I tried it once and the water was getting too hot for the plants to grow. So I was kinda wondering if I should put it somewhere in the shade or leave it where it is. And what's the perfect temp for plants to grow? Anyone got any ideas or does anyone have planted tanks outside help a brother out!

Well where did you put it? Is it in direct sunlight all day or only half or so on. I'm tryin to set this up today? How did you do it?

in the morning it is not in the sun but in the afternoon it is in the sun so far it is dooing pretty well.  I have only had it setup for 2 weeks.
