white skirt vs rainbow

i have a 55 gallon tank and i was wondering if i should put bosemans rainbows or white skirt tetras they both look so cool and i was wondering if anybody who has ever kept one of these fish would tell me which one is better and why

if you can afford them go ahead...they cost anywhere from $8-16. I seen $16.99 at petsmart but larbor day sale they have it 50% off.
