I have done this before. Some of my plants melted a first  until they got use to the different light. But they will be ok in the long run. My micro sword growth rate slowed down but my wisteria, ludwigia were fine after the adjustment.  As for my java fern, Anubis, and onion bulb the really care as long as they go light.

I saw new roots on the stem plant and the banana plant is on the way to a new lief !!! This is good news rights?? I dont any singh on the micro sword yet =\
