Nice tank like the plants. What type of light and how many watts? I am so wanting to find a good but inexpensive lamp that will deliver good watts for my 24" tank.

I'm running the 24"-36" Marineland Aquatic Plant LED Lighting System it has 23 1 watt white led's and 4 3 watt RBG led's I love this light. the only con that I have found with the light is the light is very focused. there a little pricey but well worth it it'll last almost forever.

Thanks for the info about the lights. I am shopping for brighter lights but don't want to sell my car for them. lol

this light is amazing even though your paying more up front, in the long run you are saving 10 times that in bulbs that you don't have to change plus it has a built in timer.
