Healthy plants. They almost look fake. Do you use ferts?

About the Discus on the left...  I raised six juvenile Discus in a 180 and had to give the tank over to the dominant pair because they would have bullied the others into submission and eventual death. They have peaceful reputations but I can't keep them together once they get old.
