I'm not 100% on all of these as I am new to the planted tank world but from what I can tell the plants are as follows(from left to right):

Amazon Sword

Java Ferns

Narrow Leaf Temple plants

Micro Sword (foreground)

Asian Water Fern

Dwarf Hairgrass (foreground)

Anubias (tucked behind the tall rock)

Rotala (not sure if it is indica or rotundifolia. The tops of the plant look like indica but the rest looks like rotundifolia)

More Microsword (in the crook of the wood)

Java Moss (on the wood)

Another Anubias

More Narrow Leaf Temple

More Microsword

The floating plant is duckweed (I like the look and it helps with excess nutrients)

The wood is Mopani
