how much "flow" are you wanting for your tank? It depends on what type of inhabitants you will have in the tank, and what plants and hardscape you may have as well.

At the moment it is just housing my troublemaker gourami but its just set up until i get my plant stuff in that i ordered and i can set it up
Im mostly worried about if the filter is working correctly its a fluval 206 and I havnt used a filter like it before
