It would but I'll tell you why I won't.
The females will get gravid with eggs and stay that way. If I'm not creating specific breeding conditions, the males seem to be clueless that the females are ready to breed and I don't want the girls to suffer that burden. Besides the females are so colorful these days that you don't need to buy the males.
