They like soft acidic water, and warm temperatures nick, but they can tolerate "regular" parameters, if you plan on breeding them though, you wanna give them the best possible conditions. :) I paid 199 danish kroner for the pair, wich translates to about 37 american dollars.. But things tend to be much more expensive here in denmark than in the us, so i don't know what you'd pay for them.. :)

 

Gsp, iv'e never seen or heard of metallic blue rams, can you take a picture?
