Nice looking tank.  Curious what the reddish plant is.  Is that HC middle front?  Curious if your using liquid fertz or CO2.

@PaducahFishFan - thanks! the reddish plant is sunset hygro and yes, those are HC. I was using excel at first but they seem to be melting, not sure why. So I recently bought an CO2 system hoping that it will help them grow.. so we'll see what happens in a few weeks.

If you check my bio pics and videos you will see all most all of mine has melted.  The plant really changed with high light an low light as well as with CO2.  The part of the plant I have that has survived in my low tech setup is very viney looking and crawling.  I think you need a high tech tank to keep it rolling like a carpet.  Ironically I have a lace plant booming but the HC has been a struggle to grow.  Keep me posted.  I'm only using flourish in my tank with T5HO lights.
