it depends, is that line on the right just a scratch, or cracked?
if it's a crack, i would say its fine, since it's on the top and isn't in a position that would effect the structural integrity too greatly.

ya it is a full on crack that you can feel on the inside of the tank. i must admit, if you look closely the joint itself looks fixable. One thing that i can say for sure is that the acrylic covering most of the top of the tank is a little much, if i woulda known it was a solid piece and not hinged or even able to open i probably would have went with a different tank.
