First planted dirt tank
My 20 gallon long, making it my first planted dirt tank. I started mineralizing my dirt now the wait, got some fluorite was going to go with sand but played it safe, and 2 14W NHO t5 light bulb fixture. After tank got established I got a turbo co2 bio system doing good. Any addvice for plants for a beginner? please comment. I also got a 29 gallon long cant wait to start that one now going to experiment and try something more budget friendly.

How long are you mineralizing the dirt for? is this a must? I'm about to switch to dirt as well, just as soon as I find a 20 Long. But in Az they are hard to find. OH and I notice your shelf you have your tanks on. Is that holding up? is it safe? i was thinking about doing that but didnt know if it would support a 30g and a 20 long.
