I want to aquascape my aquarium and make a low tech planted tank (23gallons)any tips ?The tank is already set up and I'm planing on using the driftwood and maybe the coconut cave I won't be changing the substrate,I just dislike how to tanks looks I want to get more plants atm I have amazon sword and another type of plant don't know what it's called . (Stupid I know not checking what it was called buts it's grown about 4-5 inches since Bought) so if anyone knows any plants etc and how to aquascape please comment :)

The plant to the right in your video is cabomba carolinia (green cabomba).  Between that plant and the swords you should have some nice background/midground plants.  Finding some foreground/midground plants would probably be the next route to take.  Dwarf Sag and crypts (wendtii or parva) are two choices to look at.
