Just look on youtube and a good recipe will last you a week or two depending on the size of you tank

I made one from a youtube video and has been working great for a couple of months, my plants seem to like it. I use a 2 quart bottle with a couple cups of sugar a tsp of yeast and then tube it to another smaller bottle filled with water to be able to see the bubbles. I need to change it every 2 to 3 weeks. I bought a defuser but it seems to work well just putting the tube into the outflow of my filter on the back of my 90 gallon tank.
