Angelfish would be sweet, Electric Blue Jack Dempseys would be bad ass but you'd want a bigger tank eventually and no they're not aggressive like other jack dempseys. Pink Danios would be cool or some kind of tetras

A large school of neons or cardinals would add a nice touch of color.

Put 10 to 15 rummy nose tetras, that it'll do it.

I agree a large school of neons, or cardinals, or rummy nosed, really any kind of tetra, or rasbora would do good. Bolivian rams like dither fish to help them feel secure, small schooling fish are ideal for this.
