I'm Sick and Tired of This Site

The website is fine and informative, it's just the spam! I'm getting really frustrated with this,so I'm starting a petition! Everyone and anyone needs to like this, so that way we can bring this to Dustin's attention! I realize Dustin is trying but it doesn't seem to be helping. So, with your guys help we can make a petition to allow certain people to be banned from Fish Tank Tv. I realize that this would be gigantic and a HUGE reponsability, but something must be done to stop spam on forums and discussions/blogs! Thank you for your time and remember to like this discussion in order to bring this to Dustin's attention! Lets hope this "petition" helps!!

Comment by LED on October 23, 2012 at 1:29pm: lol you guys are funny. Deleting spammer accounts is a no brainer but the issue is the owners of the bots are real people. They set up the bots account and let it do its thing. We'll always have to delete the bots because its difficult to stop a human user from getting access since those are the type of species joining this site. However a previous admin is working on a method to slow down (if possible) the signup process and make it difficult for spammers to sign up. Once that is implemented we'll find out if it works if we can delete the spammer bots and find the rate of spam bot sign up rate.
