If ur doing a small tank like 29g or less diy co2 is enough. But u can get a paintball co2 system that will cost you about $50 on the cheap end http://www.plantedtank.net/forums/showthread.php?t=115850

It's not hard to make an iwagumi scape on te cheap. Nothing new. Also carpeting plants dot need extra co2 to grow. They will just grow slower with out the co2 also u can use plants from a tank u already have or go to a local stream and collect free plants. And for substrate u can use straight dirt if u wanted no need for expensive substrates its all on wat u want to use. So plz stop spamming ur utube channel
