Beautiful fishes, They're colours are outstanding, did you beef them up before spawning so as to explain their enhanced colours?

One of my pairs of jewels spawned every 30 days for a year but none lasted.  Now, finally, I have got 9 juveniles that are 3/4" and I'm hoping they're gonna make it.  The parents just got better and better as they matured.  Do you have any cichlids you've bred?

 Mary-Page Tingen - ME? Ive Bred Jewels, Kribs, Convicts, Mbuna, and JD's. The Jack Dempseys lay the eggs but, they are never fertilized... I have also bred MANY other fish, But, they arent Cichlids...
