New 5 gallon tank question for planted

I have a 5 gallon fluval spec tank 17in by 11in with substrate called azoo plant glower bed. I had replaced the original light fixture with Starkled flare 3w x 10 LED bulbs 65000k. I'm also using a nano canister filter made by zoo med that pump out 75 GPH.

Do I have enough light for my tank? And is my light consider low/med/high light?

Does anyone had experience with the Azoo plant glower made from Japan?

I'm also thinking of injecting Co2 down the road. I'm probably going to use 45g co2 disposable cylinder made by Sista waterplant system with diffuser.

My main goal is to provide my tank with high light and some what high tec. I would like to grow my plant really well while keeping a few fish in the tank.Any comment or suggestion would be highly appreciate.

Your plants will tell you what you what they need. Each one is different; there's no high tech or low tech formula. But I will say that sunlight is the best light, and organic potting soil seems to work for most plants. Like feces, Co2 is a secreted waste product by fish and all animals including humans. It is a poison and should never be added to a tank containing any animal. But it can be done.
