Got a new 29g setup with live plants. Ready for fish. Any suggestions on what fish I should start with?

Red Serpae Tetras

Harlequin Rasboras! Adds bright orange and black to the tank... they are very hard compared to other tetras I have kept. Also... They are the best schooling fish I have every had. (I bought all 16 or so of mine at once) but they would cross the tank in an almost perfect line... I really miss them. Im looking into chili rasboras right now.

Thanks for all the great suggestions guys. When I went to Petco I really didn't even know at that point what to get but when I saw the colors of all the different Gourami's they had I fell in love. I ended up buying 4 pairs, 2 loaches, and a pleco. They make great community fish and I love watching them. They are so full of energy. They love to chase each other but they don't fight. I'm very pleased. Thanks again for your suggestions.
