At long last, my plants have arrived!!

Plants ordered from Aquariums West, Vancouver B.C Canada

Hygrophila Difformis

Hygrophila polysperma (did not arrive)

Hygrophila polysperma rosanervig

Hygrophile corymbosa

Ludwigia repens

Ludwigia inclinata (decided on inclinata last minute, as the arcuata did not arrive, but the inclinata did and she said it looked great, and it does but I think she also sent inclinata red, will highlight it in the video and help identifying this plant would be nice)

Ecinodorus horemanii (did not arrive)

Vallisinaria spiralis corkscrew

N. zenkeri (Red Lotus, did not arrive)

Hemianthus micranthemoides (did not ship, what lfs received had melted)

Drained the tank 6 times before planting.  Did a series of water changes over 3 days. Rationale: Leech out and change out early excess ammonia/nitrate. The tank had a lot of colour for the first two mornings with water in the tank, then drastically less colour to the water.

When I filled the tank after planting, the water came up quite clear and not brown or muddy at all.

The scape:

Setting up for bolivian rams eventually. Scape consists of caves and jungle'esq planting scheme. Ordered 3 bunches of difformis, planted one corner pretty heavy with difformis and val, the otherside got the bulk of the ludwigia and the rosanervig. Really like the corymbosa and how it fits so nicely with the crypt in front.

Sadly, the lotus was not shipped, neither was the horemanii swordor the H. polyserma. The bunches were larger than I expected, so at least we were able to still plant pretty heavy.

More plants to come, those that were not shipped, E. parviflorus is still on the list too, along with a few others.

We had a lot of fun!, the tank looks great! and, We are EXCITED!
