Additional information: Pygmy chain swords also know as dwarf chain sword is readily available; it is a foreground to mid-ground plant that produces a carpet affect. This sword can tolerate being in low to medium light but does better in a high light environment with the addition of iron. The Source of propagation are runners that the mother plant will send out, these runners can be cut away after having grown about half the size of the mother plant. Easily grown and hardy this plant is great for beginners and experienced aquarist alike.
