Java moss is real easy. Swords arent that hard either. I love seeing new growth on my swords . What is your tank like? Lights, size , fish. Dirt or no dirt???

Java grows a bit slow not as slow as anubias but slow u can speed up te growth with ferts and co2 and more light. Swords start a bit slow but then start sending out new leaves every week. They also take up a good portion of tank space up. U can try flame moss or a small sword like a red Ruben sword

depends wat u want animal java moss is god for tying to driftwood and for fry it does not need the nutrients of your substrate although amazon swords are big plants that need alot of nutrients so other plants around it might not do as well because it took all the nutrients i that area

I have never had Java moss but I have three Amazon swords , they can get Big ( mine are a foot wide and about 10 inches high ) - I would recomend a few narrow leaf chain swords ( much smaller )  if you have a small tank ???
