Where's Dustin? Has he been abducted by Shining Path rebels? Should we call the American Embassy in Peru? Maybe we should all chip in and send a Care package to the Peruvian jungle.

For $5000 I'd wanna to recoup some or all of that money but, of course, the more people you can fit on the plane the cheaper it would be. I'd be willing to eat $1000 for the vacation-type, non-profit trip you envision because that's what it would cost (on a shoestring) using a commercial flight. The private plane is nice though for a few reasons.

1) You could probably get pretty close to the jungle figuring there are airstrips nearby.

2) You could probably access Venezuela if necessary.

3) You could bring fish into the US with less hassle from customs.

I will say this: your posts are interesting.

I can't check out your "Sickly Angels" now but will do so. I've got a sick Discus myself.

Comment by TeamKRF on May 9, 2013 at 1:09am: honestly the details of what he does is beyond me, but from what i understand he is deep in the jungles quite a bit for long stretches. i think of his work as a biologist in a lumberjack body. Highly recruited out of college though. (one of the funniest/craziest persons I've ever met).
