Algae gone, plants recovering!

The method I used has been coined the "one two punch" by a member on plantedtank.net, and you can search there and find the information. Basically it's a peroxide dose, then an excel dose, and I also cut the lights for two days after. Works extremely well for cyanobacteria and stubborn algae. I haven't had any new algae growth since. :) You should look it up! Keep in mind though, it's not safe for invertebrates and some tetras. I suggest taking fish out first.
