Got the LEDs from eBay. From a seller named string-lights got 3 sets of 10 each.
3W Royal Blue Power LED 455nm Plant Growth Light
3W Red High Power 660NM Plant Grow LED
White High Power Star LED Lamp Light 3W 3 Watt 220-240 LM 6000-6500K
And 2 of these:
