Also, I've noticed that there is a stand/canopy and CO2 that's DIY, could you tell a bit more about that....?

Thanks

Thanks Brad. Yes, I let the tank speak for itself.

The stand is details more in this video.

Itsx mostly 3.4" MDF with latex matte black paint. Its designed after the ADA stands.

This tank is awesome!  Can't wait to get my 75 up and running.  Great aquascaping too.

I see something golden and im assuming its golden nesaea. if I'm right how did you keep it alive? I bought them before just for them to die so I went to buy them again in mass quantity. $ bunches, so around 35-40 stems. I planted in a 5 gallon natural daylight with a daylight cfl, a 29 gallon aquaticlife t5 ho  and a 10 gal 2x daytime cfl, everything has dies but 2 stems in my 5 gal and maybe one stem in my ten...... big maybe there. looks like it is dying. everything else grows like weeds, I have red nesaea swords ferns lotuses banana plants and lots of rotella and ludwigia, but my golden nesaea wont grow!

I have Nesaea (not sure if its red or gold) in another tank 20G long), and its the only plant I haven't had success with. I will focus on it soon, but I am also told it is among the most difficult plants to get to thrive. Mine survives with lots of deficiencies, but doesn't grow.

I don't have any Nessaea in this 75G tank. You might be thinking of Ammania Gracilis?

Ya like i said I assumed..... lol i have both red and gold. red is growing,. its starts out grean and well Idk when it turns red. its a really slow grower for me. But  it isn't rotting so i have hope. golden though holly shit Idk what the people that sell it do to grow it but I'm having a hell of a time trying to figure it out. like I said I have 2 stems out of over 30 left that i hope I can trim and cultivate to thrive in all my tanks. i think co2 and extremly high light are the key. hence the survival in my natural daylight 5 gal

I think you are correct, perhaps 40ppm co2 and 6 WPG of good plant light.

I'm thinking most of it is grown out of water instead.

I used 1-2 2L bottles at a time on this tank with a homemade diffuser.
