YOur tank looks really great Alex. I have no brackish experience, but it is an interesting project.

for low salinity try :Anubias barteri, Εleocharis acicularis, Νymphoides sp. or banana plant, Cladophora aegagrophila, Crinum thaianum

for medium to high try:

Egeria densa

-Ceratophyllum demersum

-Vallisneria sp.  larger species like americana, spiralis and gigantaea

-Ceratopteris thallictroides fern

-Sagittaria sp. No problem with that plant either..

-Java fern-Microsorium pteropus

-Lilaeopsis brasiliensis

-Java moss -Taxiphyllum barbieri this moss can tolerate salinities up to 1005 ppm

-Crinum calamistratum, Crinum pedunculatum

-Cryptocoryne sp . Not all species. I have tried the C.becketti and had no problem. The best for brackish tanks though is the C.ciliata

-Samolus valerandi.

some of these plants need very high lighting  like the sam. val

The plants don't look like they are growing well.
