That is cryptocoryne aponogetifolia, awesome plant, but they can get huge. :)

The info is conflicting because no two of these fish are alike. ;) I would recommend keeping them in a species aquarium, with no other fish, they can be aggressive towards other fish, and even their own species, but, you can also get lucky like i got here, and get one that is completely harmless.
