As long as the neons are not tiny you should be okay. I currently have angles with neons the seem fine,but dont get upset if they do get eaten. Could go either way

I've had angels and neons together with no problems. the angels I've had seemed to be pretty peaceful fish all around. the only time I ever notices aggression from them was when i had them with a red-tail shark.

As long as the neons are slightly bigger than the angels mouth, they should be OK. I have some pretty small barbs with my angels and they get along fine. Angel did try to eat them first few days but then gave up xD
