Best Plant Substrate

Do not care of the price. My lfs has Ecco complete, fluorite, flora max, and fluval stratum. Which should I chose.

I have flourite. It takes a while to rinse but after that its great!!!

I Am now defiantly using Ecco complete now but now I might put fluorite under it for extra nutrients? Has anyone done that, it was just a thought.
