so im thinking oto cats are the best algae eaters cuz they are small and can eat alot therefore you can have a lot of them, agree or disagree? if disagree what's a better algae eater? Continue

My 36 Gallon Aquarium
My Aqueon 36 gallon bowfront with Marineland 160 canister filter.
Plants: Amazon sword, Round leaf Amazon sword,WAter wisteria, Java moss
Fish: 2 Clown loaches 2 gouramis, 2 angels, 3 zebra danios,1 rubber lip pleco,1 swordtail.
Light:
zoomed 30" t5 ho dual fixture
Substrate: 2 bags of Fluval stratum 1 bag of black sand currently mixed together (plants seem to like it)

Ok so the plants have finally stared to dig into the dirt and omg there are getting big! and green and just overall better than before, and my fish have created a cave network behind all of them which is really cool! duckweed is killing all the excess nutrients so i have no algae...its going good.only thing i have to watch for is the annoying brown tinge if i forget a water…

So as the title says everything in the tank has grown about an inch, but its starting to clear up now and the plants all seem to be getting brighter and brighter green(which is cool) and the ludwigia repens is growing the most right now so ya i moved some plants around too, tell me what you think.…
