Coraline algae help

I started my saltwater tank about 2 months ago.  Those 2 months I have been constantly tying to grow coraline algae. When I add rocks to my tank they turn blue any advice

Not much of a salt guy but sounds like you're describing Cyanobacteria. If that's the case the stuff is a pain to get rid of. Specially being that isn't even an algea. I'd would keep asking and researching on what to do.
