its mouth is small so it will not be able to eat the amano but they shrimp will hide if threaten.

Amano shrimp get huge! 2.5-3" adult size. Gourami won't be able to eat them.

I had a dwarf gourami eat all my ghost shrimp but Amanos get a little bigger I think it should be fine
