Im not an expert on dirt but I doubt u should use that stuff. I think they r more ment for outdoor gardening.

If it's organic it should be ok. But I don't think u need it

I wouldn't.  Maybe I'd do an experiment with a fishless tank, but I wouldn't trust it.  Most of those plant foods are just N anyway.  Also they only tell you what a small % of the content is.  The active ingredient.  They do that for a reason.

 

Just get some ferts designed for aquatic plants and be sure.  There are good products all over.  If you are planning on doing ferts be prepared you could have major algae problems if your lighting isn't up to snuff.
